Scope

The following general Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to products ordered online from Glacier KG through the website www.glacisse.it  and at the time of order in their current version. The text can be downloaded by the purchaser onto his/her computer and printed. Glacier KG does not recognize any differing conditions of the purchaser, unless Glacier KG has expressly consented to such conditions in writing.

Conclusion of Contract and Right of Cancellation

All information regarding products and prices during the ordering process are non-binding and without obligation.

A contract between Glacier KG and the purchaser is concluded through an order by the purchaser and the acceptance of it by Glacier KG. An order by a purchaser occurs through the submission of a completely filled-out order form. This order form is made available to the purchaser on the website of Glacier KG (www.glacisse.it), Glacier KG accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email to the purchaser.

Only an acceptance of the order implies a claim for delivery.

Within 10 days of receipt of the product the purchaser can cancel the contract without providing a reason and without additional charges by writing to Glacier KG via registered mail at the following address: Karthaus 29, 39020 Schnals / BZ, ITALY. Under these conditions, the purchaser will be refunded the product purchasing price without additional fees.

The costs associated with the return of products (which have to be returned within the 10-day timeframe of receipt of the product), are at the expense of the purchaser.

The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made from the warehouse to the delivery address provided by the purchaser. The purchaser assumes any risk as soon as the delivery is delivered from Glacier KG or one of its contracted delivery services, including when only a partial delivery is made. Information regarding delivery times are non-binding, except when a binding delivery date has been agreed. Glacier KG does, however, make an effort to deliver products within 7 working days to the purchaser. We deliver EU-wide, excepting Greece. Delivery to Switzerland is possible – credit card payment is recommended – where the recipient accepts any eventual customs charges.

Delivery Charges

Via their commissioned delivery services, Glacier KG delivers exclusively within the EU (excluding Greece) and Switzerland. Shipping costs within the EU and Switzerland are Euro 9.90 per order. Delivery outside of the EU and information about the corresponding delivery costs can be made upon special request from the purchaser, whereby Glacier KG retains the unassailable right to deny such requests for delivery outside the EU without providing information on specific reasons. When an order’s total weight exceeds 20 kg we retain the right to adjust the delivery costs accordingly. Please contact us therefore by email at sales@glacisse.it.

Settlement Date and Payment

The purchase price is due with the order. Prices are accurate at the time of order. Payment should be made through one of the offered payment methods provided on the online order form.

Credit Card Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We accept no prepaid cards. You enter the credit card information at the time of order directly on the computer display screen. Your credit card information will be transferred via a secure connection (128 Bit SSL Encryption) onto our server. After the clearing process we automatically delete your credit card information from our server. In this way we can offer you the greatest possible security. We are happy to take your credit card information via telephone.

Prepayment

If you would not like to pay with your credit card or do not have one, you can prepay. For those payments coming from abroad, it is necessary to use our IBAN number. The same bank fees will be charged to you, as those when you make a domestic transfer. The amount to be transferred by you will be shown on the order confirmation. As soon as we have registered the payment receipt, we will ship your order.

Pay Pal

You transfer the invoice amount online to our PayPal account (paypal@glacisse.it). You need your own PayPal account which you can establish free of charge at http://www.PayPal.de Payment with PayPal is considered completed when we can book the payment receipt on our PayPal account. Normally, the transfer via PayPal occurs instantly. Depending on PayPal’s security checks this process can be delayed by a few days in certain cases. Unfortunately, we have no influence over any such delays.

Warranty and Liability

The product images must not always match the appearance of the delivered product. For defects on the part of Glacier KG to products delivered within the EU Glacier KG accepts liability in accordance with the applicable provisions on the purchase of consumer goods.

Data Protection

As per the Art. 13 of the legal decree Nr. 196/03 (Italian Data Protection Codex) the purchaser declares to have been informed of the data processing modalities and the reason for the data processing as well as his/her rights according to Art. 7 of the legal decree Nr. 196/03 and subsequent changes to it (website: under the menu bar). By ticking the box at the end of the general terms and conditions, the purchaser confirms expressly to have received and acknowledged the abovementioned information and approves therefore the therein contained purposes in the sense of Art. 23 and 24 including the processing and dissemination of his/her data through G.A.S in the framework. In all transactions your data is encrypted through the use of the secure socket layers, the SSL encryption system.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The sole place of jurisdiction is the domicile of Fa. Glacier KG with its location in 39020 Schnals (BZ), Italy, therefore the Bozen regional court, Meran office. For contractual relationships of the contract partner only Italian law is applicable in accordance under the rules and regulations of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
